under one licence.

Nepal International Overseas Pvt. Ltd. has been licensed by the Government of Nepal to recruit workers for foreign employment since 2006, and has worked from the same city for the whole of that time. Licence 632/063/064 is on every page of this site because it is meant to be checked.

What we do

One licence, one job, done end to end.

Recruitment only

We recruit Nepali workers for employers abroad. That is the entire business. No student placement, no study visa advice, no travel agency on the side. An agency that does five things does none of them with full attention, and in this industry the stages that get less attention are the ones that protect the worker.

One office, whole file

We handle a file from the moment your demand letter is drafted to the moment your worker is met at the airport. Sourcing, screening, trade testing, medical coordination, attestation guidance, pre-approval through FEIMS, labour permits, insurance, Social Security Fund enrolment, orientation and departure, all run by staff on our own payroll.

Honest about our limits

We work in 8 sectors and 11 destination countries. Where we are not strong we say so, rather than taking the order and hoping. Where a destination cannot legally be served by a private agency at all, we name it on the home page, because an employer quietly misled about South Korea is a problem for the whole industry.

Credentials

Leadership

Run by people you can name.

Photograph pending. We will not publish a stand-in portrait of a person.

Recruitment runs on documents and on trust. The documents are the straightforward part. Trust is what you earn by doing the same thing every time, whether or not anybody is checking that day.

Every file that comes into this office is assigned to a named person, and that person stays reachable by you and by the worker until the contract ends. The full message from the Chairman, the five desks a file passes through, and who to ask for when you call are all set out on the team page.

Meet the team

How we hold ourselves

Ethical recruitment, written as rules rather than adjectives.

Compliance teams ask for this list. It is easier to publish it once than to answer the same eight questions by email.

Foreign Employment Act 2064 and its Rules
Every placement runs through the Department of Foreign Employment: a published vacancy announcement, pre-approval, a labour permit, insurance and Social Security Fund enrolment. No shortcuts, including the ones that would be faster.
ILO fair recruitment principles
We follow the ILO general principles and operational guidelines for fair recruitment, including the principle that the cost of recruitment should not fall on the worker.
Employer pays
The recruitment service fee, the visa and the air ticket are employer costs. Where a destination's rules or a client contract differ, we put that in writing to the worker before they commit to anything.
No charge above the ceiling
We do not charge a worker more than the service ceiling set by the Department, and we do not take payment through agents, brokers or anybody outside this office.
A receipt for every payment
Every rupee a worker pays is receipted. If there is no receipt then the payment did not come from us and did not reach us.
No passport retention
Workers keep their own passports and their own contracts. Neither this office nor an employer holds a worker's documents.
A grievance channel that answers
A worker or an employer can raise a complaint by phone or email to this office and reach a named person rather than a queue.
Records kept for audit
Contracts, receipts, permits, insurance policies and orientation certificates are retained and can be produced if your compliance team asks to see a file.
