Can we interview candidates directly?
Yes. We arrange interviews at our Kathmandu office or by video, with candidate profiles and relevant assessment results shared beforehand.
What can affect the recruitment timeline?
Document completeness, approval and visa processing, candidate availability, medical results and travel arrangements can affect timing. We review these with you before confirming a mobilisation plan.
What support is available after arrival?
Our office remains a contact for employers and workers. Any replacement conditions and time limits are agreed in the recruitment service agreement.
How do candidates enquire about work?
Call our office or use the candidate enquiry form. Share your trade, experience and contact number so the recruitment team can advise on relevant approved vacancies.
