Services
End to end,
or not at all.
We handle a recruitment file from your demand letter to the worker’s arrival, and stay reachable for the length of the contract. There is no partial version of this service, because the stages that get skipped are always the ones that protect the worker.

What we do
Eight stages, all of them ours.
- 01
Sourcing
A nationwide network concentrated in the districts each trade actually comes from, plus direct applicants who walk into the Sinamangal office.
- 02
Screening
Document verification, experience checked against previous employers where they can be reached, and recorded video screening for spoken English where the role needs it.
- 03
Trade testing
Skilled grades are tested at a government approved skill test centre before shortlisting, so your interview is a selection rather than a first filter.
- 04
Medical
Examination at a Department approved medical centre, including GCC approved centres where the destination requires one.
- 05
Documentation
Attestation guidance, agency agreement, pre-approval through FEIMS, the public vacancy announcement and labour permits, all handled by our own staff.
- 06
Visa processing
Coordination with your PRO or visa agent through to stamping, with the file tracked against the mobilisation date you gave us.
- 07
Orientation
The mandatory pre-departure orientation at an approved training institute, covering the contract, the destination's law and who to call.
- 08
Deployment
Ticketing, a flight manifest issued ahead of arrival, and a confirmed handover contact at the destination airport.

Trade inventory
The trades we source and test.
Sourcing depth is given relative to construction, which is our deepest pool. It is a rough indication of how quickly we can fill a batch rather than a promise, so ask us for a figure against your actual headcount before you fix a mobilisation date.

Very deep pool- Mason
- Shuttering carpenter

Destination coverage
Eleven countries, and what each one asks of you.
Gulf
United Arab Emirates
Saudi Arabia
Qatar
Kuwait
Oman
Bahrain
Demand documents are attested at the Embassy of Nepal accredited to your country before they reach us.
Asia
Malaysia
Japan
Malaysia requires a JTK endorsed demand and accredited worker accommodation. Japan runs on the SSW and TITP frameworks, each with its own sending organisation rules.
Europe
Romania
Croatia
Poland
The work permit is issued in country first, then the worker books a visa appointment. Budget longer timelines than the Gulf.
Country notes
The specific condition that catches most first time employers in each market. None of this replaces advice from your own PRO, but it will tell you what to have ready.
United Arab Emirates
Attestation at the Embassy of Nepal in Abu Dhabi or the Consulate in Dubai, usually after your chamber of commerce stamp. Offer letters must state basic wage and every allowance separately, because FEIMS reads the basic figure.
Saudi Arabia
Musaned registration on your side and attestation at the Embassy of Nepal in Riyadh. Domestic sector recruitment carries additional conditions under the bilateral agreement.
Qatar
Attestation at the Embassy of Nepal in Doha. Contracts registered in the Qatari system should match the attested demand exactly, since differences between the two are the usual cause of disputes on arrival.
Kuwait
Attestation at the Embassy of Nepal in Kuwait City. Work authorisation should be issued before the worker is committed to a mobilisation date.
Oman
Attestation at the Embassy of Nepal in Muscat. Labour clearance from the Ministry of Labour is needed before visa processing begins.
Bahrain
Attestation through the Nepali mission accredited to Bahrain. LMRA work permit approval must be in place before deployment.
Malaysia
The strictest documentation of any destination we serve. JTK endorsement of the demand, plus a certificate confirming accommodation meets the standards set under Act 446. Files without both are returned.
Japan
Specified Skilled Worker placements require the worker to hold the relevant skills and Japanese language test results. Sending organisation rules apply on the Nepali side. Expect a longer runway than any Gulf destination.
Romania
The employer secures the work permit from the General Inspectorate for Immigration first. Only then can the worker apply for a long stay visa, and appointment availability is outside anyone's control.
Croatia
A residence and work permit is issued in Croatia before the visa stage. Seasonal quotas affect what is possible in any given month.
Poland
A work permit or declaration of entrustment is issued in Poland first, followed by a national visa appointment. Consular capacity is the usual constraint on timing.
What we will not take your money for
- South Korea
- EPS is a government to government programme. Only the EPS Korea Section of the Department of Foreign Employment processes it. No private agency can, and any agency claiming otherwise is charging you for nothing.
- Israel
- Caregiver recruitment runs under the Nepal to Israel bilateral agreement, which the Government of Nepal administers directly.
- United Kingdom
- A licensed UK sponsor must issue a Certificate of Sponsorship to the worker. It is a direct employer route and there is no agency step in it.
What to send us
The opening file.
Send drafts of all of these before anything is signed or sealed. We review them together, tell you what each mission will want changed, and only then do you commit to a final version.

- 01
Demand letter
On company letterhead, signed and sealed. Lists each job title, the headcount against it, the monthly basic wage, and every allowance stated separately.
- 02
Employment contract
The contract the worker will actually sign. Working hours, overtime, leave, food, accommodation, medical cover and the length of the term.
- 03
Power of attorney
Authorising Nepal International Overseas Pvt. Ltd. to recruit on your behalf, naming the licence number.
- 04
Recruitment or service agreement
The commercial terms between your company and ours, including the replacement window and what triggers it.
- 05
Company profile or trade licence
A copy of your registration, so the Department can confirm the employer exists and is trading.
- 06
Guarantee letter
Required by several missions. Confirms you will provide the wages, accommodation and conditions set out in the demand.
- 07
Malaysia only: JTK endorsement and accommodation certificate
Approval of the demand by the Malaysian labour department, plus confirmation that worker housing meets the standards under Act 446.
For employers
What you get that is not just a shortlist.
- Wage line pre-check
- Send the draft demand before you seal it. We check the wage against the statutory minimum for Nepali workers in your country, which is the single most common reason a file is rejected at FEIMS.
- Documentation handled in house
- Attestation guidance, agency agreement, FEIMS pre-approval, published vacancy announcement and labour permits. Not subcontracted to a runner.
- Interviews in Kathmandu or by video
- In person panels hosted at the office, or scheduled video rounds with shortlists and trade test results sent to you beforehand.
- Mobilisation planning
- Tell us the headcount, the trades and the date you need people on site, and we will give you a sourcing estimate in writing, including the cases where it is not achievable.
- Post-deployment support
- A named contact at this office for the length of the contract, reachable by the worker and by you.
- Replacement policy
- Replacement terms go into the service agreement before deployment, covering the qualifying grounds and the window. We agree them with you in advance rather than arguing them afterwards.
A note for anyone arriving from an old link
We do not handle study abroad or student visas.
We are a manpower recruitment agency only. If you found this site looking for help with a course, a college or a student visa, we cannot assist you, and we would rather tell you that in one line than take an enquiry we have no business taking.

Read the process page first if this is your first Nepali hire. It will save you the two mistakes that cost most employers a month.
